Welcome..

As a national alliance with partners across the public and private sectors, CAHSI’s backbone, regional hubs, and institutions have defined strategic actions that aim to build capacity at institutional and student levels to increase the number of Hispanics who earn credentials and advance in the computing workforce or academia.

The goal of the CAHSI ENGAGE tool is to assist faculty, staff and student advocates to document delivery and participation in CAHSI-related and other student success activities. Once the information is captured, then the tool can be used to support report generation and discovery of student-success efforts across CAHSI-related institutions nationwide.

Users document the participants of an Activity, where an Activity could be a workshop given to undergraduates on how to give an elevator speech. An Activity is associated with a Strategic Action. For example, a Strategic Action named Student Development would capture all the activities related to student development, and another Strategic Action named K-12 Outreach would capture all such activities.
